Frienily, we have some healing to do, some deep deprogramming – if not reformatting altogether – and some relearning. And it is not going to be easy, or pretty.  The dominant culture on this entire planet is designed to exclude non-white and non-male people from power. Occasionally somebody sneaks through, and thank goodness they do.
